Les dare algunas ideas, sin embargo pueden hacerlo de muchas mas formas, lo principal va a ser tener "cinta doble cara" (hay de colores, sin embargo yo la prefiero transparente) que la venden en cualquier papeleria y existen de varios tamaños y grosores, todo lo demas es opcional, yo por ejemplo utilizare papel (cualquier color) pinturas con brillos/brillantina/plumones

Y si tienen la pintura con brillos simplemente con un pincel deben de ir colocandola en la parte con pegamento, y esperar a que se seque para así cuando este listo, poder arrancarle la etiqueta de atrás y pegarlo en donde sea (tengan en cuenta el tipo de cinta que utilicen, el mio como es transparente, al quitarle la etiqueta de atrás ya no se vera lo blanco)

De otra forma, si solo tienes la brillantina, solo debes colocarla en la parte con pegamento de la cinta. Yo por ejemplo tengo este ''porcelanizador'' desde hace mucho tiempo, que hará que la brillantina se pegue muy bien a la cinta y no se caiga cuando lo toquemos, sin embargo tu puedes remplazarlo con pegamento blanco y agua (aunque le quitara un poco de brillo) o esmalte de uñas transparente :D
Otherwise , if you only have the glitter, so just put it on the side with adhesive of the tape. Otra forma en simplemente pegando la cinta doble cara en la hoja del color que sea (puede ser de igual forma una hoja con decoraciones y seria perfecto) y después cortar todo el contorno de la cinta en el papel

Si es que usaste una hoja de color lisa, puedes decorarlo con tus plumones, y eso seria todo! recuerda que solo han sido algunas ideas y puedes hacer muchas mas creaciones, como usar listones o muchas mas cosas :D
If you used a sheet of flat paper color, you can decorate it with your markers, and that would be all! I recall that this have only been a few ideas and you can do many more creations, like using strips or many more things :D
